Spa Manager Opportunity At Hand And Stone

Are you an exceptional sales-business manager with a passion for the spa industry? Ready to take your spa management experience to new levels? Take a look at this great opportunity! Hand And Stone is a massage and facial spa franchise in Alpharetta, GA. We are seeking a spa manager to quickly ramp up and run the business in this location. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 3-5 years of management / sales experience, preferably in a membership sales environment and a strong team management spirit.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to :

  • Recruiting and retaining massage therapists, estheticians, and sales associates
  • Overseeing and managing the daily operations of a busy spa with a focus on achieving membership & sales targets
  • Delivering exceptional customer service (75% of time spent working face to face with clients)
  • Promoting the health and wellness benefits of both massage therapy and facials to drive spa memberships and retail sales
  • Handling administrative tasks including but not limited to payroll, scheduling, inventory, and reporting

Desired experience and qualifications :

  • A passion for people and sales
  • Proven record of sales success in a membership-based business
  • Demonstrated ability to balance coaching / mentoring with discipline
  • Strong organizational / planning and computer skills
  • Experience with a booking system like Zenoti software is a plus
  • Ability to work flexible schedule including days / evenings / weekends / holidays
  • Knowledge and understanding of spa services and product lines
  • Ability to understand key performance indicators and implement programs to achieve goals
