As a RADICL Software Engineer II, you will :
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Golang and Typescript.
- Build and maintain frontend components using TypeScript and modern frameworks (e.g., React).
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define technical requirements and deliver solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality software.
- Optimize performance and scalability of applications deployed in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Contribute to CI / CD pipelines and infrastructure automation using tools like Terraform and Docker.
- Document technical specifications and maintain system architecture diagrams. [Add Specific Job Duties]

For this reason, we have a hybrid work model. As a team, we are in office M / W / Th with work-from-home on Tuesdays and Fridays. For remote positions, periodic travel to Boulder will be expected to participate in company events and meaningful side-by-side collaboration opportunities.
