HERE'S THE DEAL :

Pay : Depending on qualifications, our Copywriter - Social Media Coordinator earns $60,000 - $75,000 / year.

Schedule : You'll work Monday through Friday.

YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR :

  • Developing a full content calendar and posting regularly across multiple platforms (Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, etc.) to increase audience engagement and online reach
  • Collaborating with various designers and team members to create visually appealing graphics and videos that align with our business voice and target audience
  • Identifying and utilizing new social media trends
  • Creating compelling copy for posts, captions, stories, videos, and more
  • Scheduling content to post at optimal times
  • Responding to comments, messages, and mentions to foster community ties
  • Creating practice guides for franchisees, leading training sessions (virtual and in-person), and answering social media-related questions
  • Using various tools to analyze performance data and adjust future content accordingly

YOU MIGHT BE A MATCH IF YOU HAVE :

  • 5+ years of experience in social media management, content strategy, or a related area
  • Proven copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content
  • Hands-on experience growing business presence across online platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Experience collaborating with designers and internal teams to create visually appealing, high-quality content
  • Deep knowledge of algorithms, trends, and strategies for driving engagement and growing audiences
  • Proficiency in social media scheduling tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Later, Hootsuite) and analytics platforms
  • Organizational skills, self-motivation to succeed, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to communicate with people online, over the phone, and in person
  • Flexible problem-solving skills
  • Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and with a team

    • Our Ideal Copywriter - Social Media Coordinator :

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, communications, or a related field or equivalent experience
  • Beauty industry experience
  • Proven ability to use AI prompts
