Conducts job responsibilities in accordance with the standards set out in the Company’s Code of Business Conduct, its policies and procedures, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, applicable federal and state laws, and applicable professional standards Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team. Summary :
Provides psychosocial services to the residents at their assigned facilities and works with the facility Social Service Staff and Clinical Staff within their region to ensure daily resident care is implemented per company and regulatory guidelines. Assists with education, orientation and survey management for the region under the guidance and direction of the VP of Clinical Services and the Regional Social Services Consultant
