The role of Social Responsibility Specialist is to ensure all human rights are respected and upheld throughout Hyve’s operations and global supply chain. The Social Responsibility Specialist will be responsible for implementing a robust program that upholds requirements of the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) and ensures effective follow up on identified issues. This role will also contribute to data collection and reporting, monitoring and supporting compliance, such as content that appears in Modern Slavery statements, Conflict minerals reports, and customer requirement surveys. In collaboration with various teams within Hyve, the Social Responsibility Specialist will help maintain high standards of human rights and worker welfare.

Responsibilities :

o Oversee social audits at Hyve’s facilities of the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA), developing and implementing corrective action plans to address non-conformances.

o Manage and evolve Hyve’s supplier due diligence program and continuous improvement requirements, based on the RBA Code of Conduct.

o Identify and assess human rights risks, including forced labor, working hours and discrimination.

o Prepare and communicate findings to internal and external stakeholders.

o Engage with employees, managers, and suppliers to gather information and address concerns.

o Provide data for customer and vendor surveys, and support regulatory reporting with parent company TD Synnex.

Qualifications :

o Bachelor's degree in [Relevant field, e.g., Environmental Science, Human Rights, Business Administration] advanced degree is highly desirable.

o 5+ years experience in social audits, compliance, or human rights.

o Knowledge of the RBA Code of Conduct and international human rights standards.

o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

o Entrepreneurial, collaborative and able to work with a diverse set of stakeholders

Compensation - 80K - 120K per year, depending on experience.
