Experience in design and tech (Canva, Hootsuite, HubSpot) highly desired. Strong experience in paid and organic social. Ability to go on?site to Edina / Bloomington 3 days a week.

Responsibilities
- Manage and execute a cohesive social media strategy aligned with our clients brand goals.
- Create engaging content including copywriting, visuals, and multimedia tailored for each platform.
- Schedule and publish posts across multiple social channels.
- Monitor social media activity daily, responding to comments, messages, and community engagement opportunities.
- Track performance metrics, report on analytics, and make recommendations to improve results.
- Partner closely with marketing, communications, and creative teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Stay on top of trends and emerging social platforms to keep our social presence fresh and competitive.
