Description We are looking for a skilled Payroll Specialist to oversee and manage payroll operations for a large workforce. This long-term contract role is based in Fishers, Indiana, and offers the opportunity to work on multi-state payroll processes in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in full-cycle payroll and proficiency in ADP Workforce Now.

Responsibilities :

• Administer full-cycle payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely payments to employees.
• Manage multi-state payroll operations for a workforce exceeding 500 employees.
• Utilize ADP Workforce Now to process and track payroll data efficiently.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
• Address and resolve payroll discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.
• Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management as needed.
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure seamless payroll integration.
• Monitor and implement updates to payroll systems and procedures.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and tax matters with professionalism. Requirements - Proven experience in full-cycle payroll management.
• Expertise in handling multi-state payroll operations.
• Proficiency in using ADP Workforce Now for payroll processing.
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance standards.
• Experience managing payroll for a workforce of 500+ employees.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills to address payroll-related inquiries.
• Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
