Position Overview

The National Media Director leads the development and execution of ACE Scholarships' video and photo strategy, playing a critical role in telling ACE's story across fundraising, advocacy, marketing, and digital platforms. This role reports to the Vice President of Marketing & Events and is responsible for building a comprehensive annual content strategy, managing media vendors, developing messaging for multimedia assets, and delivering consistent, mission-driven visual storytelling. This is a strategy-first role with the opportunity to be hands-on in content creation where applicable.

The National Media Director will also directly manage two key members of the MarComms team : the Web and Digital Communications Manager and the Content Manager.

Primary Job Responsibilities

1. Content Strategy & Planning

• Develop and maintain a year-long content strategy aligned with ACE's national goals and event calendar.
• Identify key themes, story arcs, and content moments across states and stakeholder audiences.
• Produce strategic shot lists and messaging guidance for all major photo and video campaigns.

Compensation / Benefits

Annual Salary of $90,000 - $120,000 and eligible for annual performance bonuses, plus benefits package, which includes but is not limited to :

Actual compensation offered will be finalized at offer and may be above the posted range due to skill level, experience, industry specific knowledge, education / certifications, or geographic location. The offer represents the components of our total rewards package.
