A company is looking for a Senior Account Manager to drive post-sale revenue growth and deepen customer relationships. Key Responsibilities Own cross-sell motions within assigned accounts by building value and negotiating contract expansions Serve as a trusted advisor to deepen relationships and support product discussions for customer retention and renewals Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to identify expansion opportunities and manage account pipelines Required Qualifications 6-8 years of experience in account or customer success roles, preferably in SaaS or GovTech Strong relationship-building skills with government or municipal clients Demonstrated strategic and analytical thinking abilities Confident negotiation skills with experience in contract terms crafting Familiarity with GovTech, flood-risk data, or municipal planning is a plus
