Patrols casino premises and / or guards casino posts to maintain safety and security; prevent underage gambling and casino floor access, protect assets and ensure observance of applicable laws and casino regulations.
Duties / Responsibilities :
- Provides exceptional customer service to guests at all times.
- Guards security post and / or patrols internal and external casino property to prevent and respond to security incidents.
- Prevents underage gambling via access to the casino floor by following identification verification procedures.
- Interviews guests and employees when security incidents occur.
- Contacts shift manager and / or supervisor when security situations require intervention beyond scope of authority.
- Obtains assistance for accident victims.
- Assists management in emergency situations.
- Writes detailed security reports.
- Answers security calls and dispatches officers to assist per departmental standards and protocols.
- Responds to emergencies in accordance with established procedures.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
