We are seeking a dedicated Cyber Security Third-Party Risk Analyst to enhance the resilience and security of our global supply chain. You will partner closely with our Supply Chain teams to integrate cybersecurity policy and compliance objectives effectively identifying and mitigating cyber risks associated with supplier engagements. Your responsibilities will include administering and reviewing supplier security assessments identifying risks and overseeing remediation plans. Beyond operational duties you will engage in strategic projects aimed at evolving our security program and improving internal processes. You will be responsible for driving visibility understanding and consistency in addressing cyber risks across Fords global supply chain and providing risk-based insights to inform decision-making.

Responsibilities

What youll be able to do :

• Ensure that the assessments have been completed appropriately and ensure that the controls are in place to mitigate the suppliers inherent cyber risks
• Provide guidance on appropriateness of suppliers compensating controls
• Consulting with suppliers and Purchasing partners on Security and Controls Process
• Facilitating communications with Purchasing to confirm controls information
• Facilitating communications with Suppliers in identifying documenting and reviewing Information Technology (IT) controls
• Cultivate relationships with other stakeholders and Consult with subject matter experts on various skill teams (e.g. Global Data Insights and Analytics Human Resources Internal Controls Internal Audit Cyber Security Business Owners)
• Provide metrics and status to management regarding compliance with assessment requirements
• Leverage data analysis and visualization tools to interpret data identify trends and communicate insights effectively
• Promote Cyber Third-Party Risk Management awareness with audience specific training and communications
• Research industry best practices and consult advisor groups
• Identify and implement process improvements integration and automation opportunities
• Incorporate future enhancements and innovations into the Cyber Third-Party Risk Management strategy
