Chipton-Ross is seeking multiple Admin Functional Support 2's for a contract opportunity in Newport News, VA.

To be considered for this role, you must have a secret clearance in place already.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE) :

o High School diploma or equivalent and 2 years additional education and / or experience. o PPE : Hard Hat, Glasses, Steel top shoes. o Forward Thinking and able to support / work with employees at all levels (including senior leadership) o Ask additional questions to get maximum results. o Communicate clearly to gain clarity. o Knowledge Sharing.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES :

Performs variety of activities in support of functional areas such as finance, purchasing, or human resources or for a specific project / business / technical unit. Gathers, collects, records, tracks and verifies data and information from multiple sources. Compiles, reviews and analyzes data. Uses software for functional area, to compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations. May design processes to enhance work flow. Provides data and information to others on functional unit processes and procedures.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE :

o Be able to work well with customers / Treat others like you would like to be treated if you were the customer seek assistance. o Be open to change and supportive of Team Engagement / Activities. o Read and understand Procedures. o Confidential Clearance needed to perform daily tasks. o Manage an engineering vault where engineering drawings, office supplies, etc. are under your daily cognizance.

REQUIRED EDUCATION :

High school or equivalent is required. School must be accredited.

WORK HOURS :

5 / 40 work week, 1st Shift 7 : 30 AM - 4 : 00 PM.
