This is a seasonal position tied to our peak operating period. While there may be opportunities for continued employment, this role is expected to conclude at the end of the busy season unless extended based on business needs.

We are looking for talented and reliable Dishwashers to join our team.

Previous experience in high-end, fast-paced restaurants is a plus but not mandatory.

The Dishwasher works as a part of the kitchen team and uses both industrial dishwashing equipment and hand-washing, cleans floors and other kitchen equipment, shelving and refrigerators. Moves stock. Replenishes dishes and silverware in appropriate locations. Moves linen bags out for cleaning. Takes trash out.

Reports to the Executive Chef or lead chef on duty. Attendance is an imperative job function.

Qualifications and Responsibilities :

Duties include but are not limited to the following :

Dishwasher operation, hand-wash pans as needed.

Wipe down refrigerators, large equipment.

Sweep, mop, pick up any debris off the kitchen floor.

Linen and tablecloth bags - move to area for pickup once full

Focus on all areas of kitchen cleanliness.

Remove trash, maintain cleanliness of the Trash Bin and Recycling area outside the Club.

Clean any / all spills using proper precaution signs.

Neat, clean, and professional demeanor at all times throughout operational hours.

Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements and skills :

• Experience as a Dishwasher, or similar entry-level role in a restaurant or similar establishment
• Physical ability and stamina to carry heavy bus trays and stand / walk for long hours
• Availability to work various shifts, including weekends
• Multi-tasking abilities
• Good oral communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced work environment
• Service-minded attitude
