Assist employees with benefit-related inquiries and facilitate open enrollment processes. Management :
Maintain and update HRIS (Human Resources Information System) databases.
Generate reports and analytics to support HR and business decisions.5Compliance and Policies :
Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
Stay informed about changes in labor laws and assist in policy updates.6.Performance Management :
Support the performance management process, including goal setting and performance appraisals.
Provide assistance to managers and employees on performance-related matters. Management :
