Using excellent customer service and communications skills, your primary duties in this role include :
- Accurately and thoroughly documents medical visits and procedures as the physician is performing them. This includes knowledge of specific shorthand and acronyms relating to the specialty.
- Reviewing patient history and notes prior to the patient’s visit and completing all notes at the conclusion of the patient's appointment to ensure medical records are comprehensive and accurate. Additionally, any necessary changes to patient history and medical records should be made under the physician's direction.
- Understands the operations within the medical department and assists with other duties within the department as assigned.
- Other duties as assigned.
Salary :
Hiring range, based on experience and credentials : $18.65 - $25.23 per hour.
Workdays : This role is located at Machine Works Building. Free parking is available for employees! Typical hours are Monday-Friday (7 : 30 am-4 : 30 pm).
