Pay rate : $50 Hourly

Principal Duties and Responsibilities :

• Create and maintain documentation such as business process workflows standard operating procedures (SOPs) safety manuals stages of cleanroom protocols and construction process documentation.
• Collaborate with project managers engineers safety officers and field staff to gather technical information.
• Develop and document optimal Business Process steps throughout the entire project lifecycle including process inputs and outputs.
• Translate complex construction terminology and procedures into accessible content for diverse audiences.
• Ensure all documentation complies with industry regulations safety standards and company policies.
• Encapsulate the construction document control process to comply with the company documentation requirements.
• Maintain version control and update documentation as standards tools or regulations evolve.
• Support the Project Manager to schedule and drive process reviews and document acceptance by the technical experts and project stakeholders.
• Design and deliver training programs for field crews site supervisors and office staff on topics such as defined business process requirements safety compliance construction software (e.g. Procore Bluebeam AutoCAD) and other relevant company procedures.
• Develop training materials including manuals presentations e-learning modules and hands-on workshops.
• Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires and refresher courses for existing employees.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments feedback and performance metrics.
• Stay current with industry best practices and incorporate them into training content.
