We are currently hiring Centralized Scheduling Experts for our Service Business Development Center (BDC) team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, high-volume environment supporting 14 service departments across our dealership group. Our Scheduling Experts are the voice of our brand, helping customers set service appointments while delivering an outstanding experience on every call.

What You’ll Do :

Handle inbound and outbound service appointment calls with professionalism and warmth.

Manage multiple communication systems and scheduling tools.

Work collaboratively with fellow experts to support our customers and dealership locations.

Maintain strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.

Who You Are :

Comfortable with technology and able to adapt quickly to new systems.

A clear and professional communicator, especially over the phone.

Detail-oriented and organized— prior call center experience is a plus .

Schedule :

Full-time, 40 hours per week , Monday–Saturday availability required.

Office hours : Monday–Friday 7 : 00 AM – 6 : 30 PM , Saturday 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 00 PM .

Opportunities for overtime available.

Additional Requirements :

Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening .

Professional demeanor and reliable attendance are a must.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Benefits :

• Pay range for this position : $17.00-$19.00 (potential monthly bonus opportunity of $100-$1500 based on individual productivity)
• Exact compensation may vary based on several factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, and education
