BrightStar Care of Central Western Riverside County is searching for an energetic self-starting Home Care Scheduler and Customer Care Coordinator  to join our award winning team. The Scheduler and Customer Care Coordinator is responsible for scheduling of home care clients and staff, managing all touch-points and client care standards, issue resolution, and handling inquiry calls. The ideal candidate would possess an active CNA or MA license, prior scheduling and customer service experience. Bilingual preferred.   Benefits

  • Weekly pay with direct deposit
  • Fulltime schedule - Monday - Friday 8 : 30am-5 : 00pm

Responsibilities

  • Must be able to process schedules for up to 125 clients and 1,800 service hours per week.
  • Support on-call phone coverage.
  • Supports maintenance of client / staff files and security.
  • Tracks client feedback regarding field staff performance and quality care standards.
  • Supports HR / Onboarding of Field Staff.
  • Answering office phones, including “on-call” phone after normal business hours
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Requirements

  • At-least 2 years of scheduling and / or customer service management preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Proficient in MSOffice (Outlook, Work, Excel)
  • Superior time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well in a fast paced environment
  • Certified in CPR
  • Valid drivers license
  • Proof of auto insurance
  • Smart Phone with Data Service
  • Reliable transportation
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Active CNA or MA License
  • Bilingual English and Spanish
