Hours : 6AM - 6PM, Saturday - Monday Pay Rate : $20.60 per hour + $3.00 shift premium

Will be responsible for all material handling needs, primarily picking warehoused parts, and delivering to assembly areas to ensure efficient production. Work closely with production lines to ensure full utilization of people, materials, and equipment to meet customer demand. The Material Handler will be required to achieve company standards for safety, quality, and productivity.

Material Handler I

• Operate a forklift or other equipment to transport materials within the facility
• Inspect the forklifts daily and follow defined procedures and practices
• Operate equipment safely and effectively
• Know the basic functions of the ERP system

Material Handler II

Material Handler III

Qualifications

Material Handler I : Can operate or learn to operate material handling equipment, including forklifts. Can work in a team environment and communicate clearly. Can identify and resolve basic problems.

Material Handler II : All Material Handler I requirements. One to two years' experience in material handling. Cross-trained in multiple operations. Can train other employees on established processes.

Material Handler III : All Material Handler I & II requirements. Two years' experience in material handling and are forklift certified.

Other Skills

Material Handler I & II : Can actively solve problems. Display attention to detail and accuracy.

Material Handler III : Experience in root cause problem solving (5 Whys, 8D, PDCA, etc.). Can effectively train other employees on work instructions. Experience using SAP or an equivalent ERP system (Oracle, JD Edwards, Microsoft Dynamics 365).
