Transportation Analyst
We are seeking a highly driven Transportation Analyst to oversee Truckload and Intermodal operations across the U.S. and Canada. This role is accountable for driving service excellence, optimizing cost and performance, and ensuring all activities are executed with integrity, transparency, and a proactive approach. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, results-oriented, and skilled in building strong carrier and stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Truckload (FTL) and Intermodal (IMD) operations, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and service reliability.
- Develop and monitor key performance metrics to evaluate carrier performance, network efficiency, and cost optimization.
- Partner with internal teams and external carriers to ensure alignment with business goals and customer requirements.
- Utilize data and analytics to identify trends, drive continuous improvement, and deliver actionable insights.
- Proactively address service risks, capacity challenges, and operational disruptions with transparency and accountability.
- Foster a culture of integrity, collaboration, and process discipline across all transportation activities.
Qualifications
The base pay range for this role is $59,200 up to $87,650 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and / or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
