Responsibilities
- Assist in the practice development and execute process and strategy improvements within our SAP HXM (with focus on SuccessFactors) US practice while liaising with our global team.
- Manage SAP HXM / SuccessFactors HR and Payroll Transformation projects involving strategy, implementation, and optimization of the HR and Payroll function, inclusive of partnering with other technical solutions (such as workforce management and employee experience and servicing solutions).
- Oversee engagement teams to define a modern HR and Payroll operating model that is enabled by SAP HXM / SuccessFactors.
- Help facilitate go?to?market activities for our SAP HXM / SuccessFactors Solutions and act as the client secondary point of contact on our SAP HXM / SuccessFactors advisory engagements.
- Execute strategy defined by the engagement lead through implementations of our SAP HXM Transformation services.
- Work with our technology, analytics, and adoption services peers onshore, nearshore and offshore to tailor comprehensive SAP?enabled HR Transformation solutions for our clients that provide value?driven outcomes.
