Description : Resumen del Puesto :

Se busca un Empleado de Saneamiento para el turno PM , responsable de limpiar, desinfectar y sanitizar todas las áreas de producción de alimentos al final del día laboral. Esta posición es clave para asegurar que la planta cumpla con los estándares de higiene, calidad y seguridad alimentaria antes del inicio del siguiente turno de producción.

Responsabilidades Principales :

  • Limpiar a fondo maquinaria, utensilios, pisos, superficies de trabajo y áreas comunes según los procedimientos establecidos
  • Desarmar y volver a armar equipos para limpieza profunda, siguiendo instrucciones de seguridad
  • Aplicar productos químicos sanitizantes de forma segura y eficaz
  • Verificar que todas las áreas queden completamente limpias y libres de residuos antes de inspección
  • Usar equipo de protección personal (EPP) correctamente
  • Llevar registros de limpieza y llenar reportes diarios según los requisitos regulatorios
  • Informar cualquier daño, fuga o problema técnico al supervisor
  • Cumplir con las normas de seguridad e higiene establecidas por la empresa y por agencias reguladoras (FDA, USDA, HACCP, etc.)

Requirements : Requisitos :

  • Experiencia previa en limpieza de instalaciones de producción de alimentos o industria similar (preferible)
  • Conocimiento básico del uso seguro de productos químicos de limpieza
  • Capacidad física para levantar hasta 50 lbs (23 kg), estar de pie, agacharse, empujar o jalar por largos periodos
  • Habilidad para seguir instrucciones y trabajar de forma independiente
  • Compromiso con la puntualidad, la higiene personal y el trabajo bien hecho
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar noches, fines de semana o días festivos según se necesite
