We take pride in being the largest trained Generac and Kohler generator provider in Washington State-and we're just getting started.
Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Operations Manager to lead our high-performing Sales Ops teams. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives on systems thinking, data driven decisions, strategic planning, operational execution, and team development. You'll have a direct impact on revenue growth, team culture, and customer satisfaction-while building systems that scale.
Pay Range : $80,000 to $100,000 base salary, depending on experience + bonus depending on department performance
Benefits : Medical insurance (95% covered for the employee), Dental, Vision, 401k w / company match up to 4%, 11 paid holidays, 52 hours Paid Vacation, Sick Time accrued 1 hour per 40 hours worked, Training Reimbursement.
