A company is looking for a Contact Center Representative in the Nursing Contact Center.

Key Responsibilities

Manage customer service calls and assist patients and community members

Schedule patient appointments following established protocols

Ensure patient satisfaction and schedule efficiencies

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

High school diploma or equivalent required

Associate degree in Business Administration or related field preferred

Minimum one year of call center experience strongly preferred

Prior healthcare administrative experience preferred

Proficient computer skills and typing ability required
