Retail Assistant

Assist the Studio Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the Paramount Studio Store. This position will focus on front end customer service as well as back-end merchandise management.

Responsibilities to include, but not limited to :

• Manage inventory levels in stockroom (soft lines, hard lines and DVD's)
• Perform weekly cycle counts
• Maintain a clean and orderly stockroom
• Coordinate the daily transfer of merchandise from the stockroom / warehouse to the store.
• Oversee the tagging and stocking of all merchandise with merchandise cashier
• Provide excellent customer service to guests / employees and handle guest concerns and inquires
• Perform cash register duties
• Assist Store Manager with creative visual merchandising, promotional opportunities and executive services
• Participate in special projects as needed by management

Hiring Salary Range : $40,000.00 - 45,000.00.

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
