Are you the Residential Director we have been looking for? Littleton Academy is a residential treatment setting for latency-aged students that specializes in trauma informed care. Littleton provides 24-hour comprehensive care including a school on site, a full clinical staff, nursing staff, and direct care staff. Due to the nature of our work and the youth who are depending on us, there are times where overtime may be mandated. JRI Provides Training So That : YOU will be able to provide oversight of the Residential Department with the Senior Residential Department members and provide care and treatment of our students. YOU will be able to ensure all Residential systems are being followed and completed on a daily basis and provide on call coverage. YOU will be able to provide constant oversight of scheduling procedures; staffing ratios are being met at all times and provide accountability and disciplinary action decisions as needed for all Residential Staff. YOU will be able to lead residential meetings and trainings, and runs residential shifts when needed. Why JRI? Be who you are! Requirements : Must be 21 years of age. Bachelor's degree is preferred. 3-5 years in a Supervisor / Management role in a residential or mental health program required. On call responsibilities, at times you will be required to work overtime. Maintains valid driver's license as transporting students is required. At JRI, you will learn to provide physical interventions and verbal de-escalations to provide the safest therapeutic atmosphere for our students!
