Facility Services Coordinator
Coordinate facility services for assigned areas.
- Coordinate, organize and complete daily moves and set-up requests within the designated time frames.
- Ensure installations conform to customer requests and safety standards.
- Receive and distribute materials throughout the facility to include interoffice mail.
- Process outgoing mail.
- Respond to questions and / or concerns from staff.
- Ensure smooth operations of kitchen, storeroom, and office supply inventory program, focusing on reducing inventory levels.
- Monitor office supply and food spending for meetings.
- Oversee receipts and disbursements of office supply inventory.
- Make trips to suppliers when necessary.
- May create purchase orders for assigned areas.
- Set up audio visual equipment or other items as requested.
- Provide back-up to other facilities services coordinators and receptionists on an as needed basis.
