About the Role
Brightway is seeking an experienced Sales Recruiter to hire Insurance Sales Producers across multiple markets. This role is critical to Brightway’s growth and requires someone who excels in high-volume recruiting, strategic sourcing, and building strong pipelines in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for Insurance Sales Producer openings.
- Execute high-volume sourcing strategies to consistently generate qualified talent, including passive candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess sales aptitude, communication skills, and motivation.
- Build and maintain pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Partner with Agency Owners and internal stakeholders to refine hiring profiles and strategies.
- Post jobs, manage inbound applicants, and leverage multiple sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, resume databases, social media).
- Maintain accurate, organized data within the ATS and recruiting dashboards.
- Track and report key recruiting metrics (pipeline volume, time-to-fill, conversion rates).
- Deliver a strong candidate experience aligned with Brightway’s service-driven culture.
- Promote the Brightway brand to prospective talent.
