  • Expert Occupational Therapy : Deliver skilled occupational therapy services and interventions to pediatric patients facing diverse challenges, including physical, neurological, cognitive, sensory, feeding, ADL, and social / emotional deficits.
  • Comprehensive Patient Evaluation : Conduct thorough evaluations for all assigned patients, crafting, implementing, and adapting treatment plans in alignment with individual patient needs
  • Patient and Family Instruction : Provide clear and supportive instruction to patients and their families.
  • Meticulous Documentation : Uphold high standards of accuracy and timeliness in documentation.
  • Multidisciplinary Collaboration : Strategize and evaluate collective goals for each patient, fostering a holistic approach to patient care.

    As an MGA Occupational Therapist (OT), you can expect :

    • Responsibilities :

  • Provide skilled occupational therapy services / interventions to pediatric patients with various challenges (physical, neurological, cognitive, sensory, feeding, ADL, social / emotional deficits)
  • Evaluate assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify treatment plans based on individual needs
  • Offer teaching and counseling to patients and their families
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation in accordance with department and regulatory standards

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorates degree from an accredited therapy program
  • Active state licensure as required or in process
  • At least 1 pediatric clinical rotation, preferred
  • CPR Certification
  • Valid drivers license and insurance
