We are seeking an experienced, successful, and engaged MRF Supervisor to join our team. This position is expected to work out of our office at 651 Charles Street and limited job-related travel may be required.

Position Summary :

The MRF supervisor will be responsible for maintaining the daily flow of the MRF. This will include but is not limited to monitoring the site to ensure safe conditions exist, managing stockpiles for inbound and outbound shipments, handling employee and customer concerns, operating equipment as necessary, Controlling MRF parts and equipment inventories, keeping the scale and traffic flowing smoothly and reporting concerns or issues to the MRF management team. Creating and advising on reports and data sets of daily, weekly, and monthly volumes and other targets as required.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities :

• Must have a solid understanding of all aspects of the MRF and its operation

Follow Company and Cal-OSHA safety procedures to ensure safe working habits and awareness

and help relieve issues where needed

Work Environment

The typical work week is Monday through Friday with occasional weekend work. The employee will be exposed to outdoor weather conditions including sun exposure and rain. Conditions inside the MRF are loud, dusty, and odors are strong. Must have the ability to work in settings with frequent changes in environment, start / end time, and working conditions based on the operational needs for the day and or week.
