Receptionist

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, vendors, and staff. The Receptionist represents Gensler's values and professionalism while demonstrating a high level of client service.

What You Will Do

• Answer phone through Teams and direct callers appropriately or take messages.
• Greet / welcome all guests and notify the appropriate staff member of their arrival.
• Receive applicants for interviews.
• Receive samples from vendors.
• Direct deliveries to the mail room.
• Process parking validations for clients.
• Assist clients / consultants / vendors & staff with any questions.
• Monitor the conference room reservation system throughout the day and notify appropriate staff of possible conflicts.
• Assist with booking and canceling conference room reservations.
• Ensure lobby and conference rooms remain tidy throughout the day.
• Manage San Antonio's Office Calendar.
• Responsible for placing all catering orders
• Update phone lists.
• Review the Monthly birthday / anniversary list.
• Update event calendars.
• Assist with administrative projects / tasks / special events, as needed.
