Position Summary :

The Receiving Associate plays a key role in ensuring smooth warehouse operations by receiving, verifying, and organizing incoming materials and shipments. This position requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities :

• Receive and inspect incoming materials, shipments, and supplies; verify against purchase orders for accuracy in description and quantity
• Distribute deliveries within the hour, prioritizing early and high-priority shipments
• Label and properly store all paper skids and rolls
• Record received orders in the Pace system and forward necessary paperwork to Accounting
• Maintain organized skid inventory and ensure warehouse cleanliness and orderliness (including racks and floors)
• Load recycle products onto trailers
• Stock medical supply cabinets as needed
• Conduct weekly carton inventory counts across both buildings
• Inspect warehouse equipment regularly and report any issues to management
• Assist with other duties as assigned
