Reports To : Logistics Supervisor
Job Overview : The Receiving Clerk is responsible for assisting with the physical and administrative tasks required to receive and process materials. This role focuses on learning and executing standard procedures under supervision while maintaining accurate records and supporting the receiving team.
Primary Responsibilities :
1. Physical Receiving Tasks :
- Assist in loading and unloading incoming deliveries.
- Put away materials following inventory locator systems and traceability requirements.
- Safely move materials using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and carts.
- Maintain a tidy and organized receiving area.
- Occasionally assist in driving company vehicles for parts pick-up or delivery under supervision.
