Position Overview :

A law firm in Chicago is seeking an associate with 2-5 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, real estate finance, joint ventures, and development. Candidates with large law firm experience are preferred.

Qualifications :

• Strong academic background with superior drafting and negotiation skills.
• Ability to take on significant project responsibility and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Diligent, detail-oriented, proactive, supportive, and team-oriented approach to work.
• Admission to the Illinois Bar is preferred.
