Senior Consultant, Infrastructure & Real Estate

Work You'll Do
As a Senior Consultant, you'll work on real estate consulting projects for a diverse set of global clients across a wide range of industries. You will have a variety of client-facing responsibilities such as diagnosing issues using advanced analytical techniques, interviewing stakeholders, facilitating workshops, formulating and making recommendations, and helping clients implement proposed solutions.
- Serve as a key member of engagement teams across our Infrastructure & Real Estate project portfolio, such as :
- Develop real estate portfolio optimization strategies
- Design Corporate Real Estate (CRE), Facilities Management (FM), or workplace operating models, organizational structures, and service delivery models
- Deliver CRE and FM outsourcing / insourcing consulting services, including strategy development, contract evaluation, and RFI / RFP process management
- Enhance CRE, FM, or workplace business processes and workflows across the corporate real estate life cycle (portfolio management, transaction management, design & construction, space & move management, facilities / amenities management, etc.)
- Design and implement workplace strategies, digital workplace technology / smart building / IoT strategies, and workforce mobility / "work from anywhere" programs
- Deliver CRE, FM, or workplace technology platform advisory services, including strategy development, requirements development, vendor / solution evaluation, and implementation support
- Work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing priorities and client needs
- Define deliverable structure and content, and direct on-time, quality delivery of work products
- Develop key project materials such as quantitative and qualitative analysis, presentation materials, workshop materials and project management artifacts
- Manage and prioritize tasks across multiple workstreams and projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills, exercising sound judgment in client engagements
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering knowledge sharing and professional development
- Support the development of "thought ware" and "point-of-view" documents and participate in public speaking events
The Team
Our Infrastructure and Real Estate team are trusted advisors to clients in managing the real estate portfolio and physical asset fleets throughout their lifecycle. We help them unlock value from their real estate portfolios and functions by developing strategies, optimizing operating models and organizational design, and leveraging technology enablement.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $102,500 - $188,900. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
