Key Requirements :
- 7-10 years (10 years max please) of real estate experience.
- Experience with renewable energy project developments preferred.
- Experience drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, letter agreements, and other transactional real estate documents.
- Experience advising on utility-scale renewable energy projects, particularly regarding site control and title insurance.
- Experience counseling clients through purchases and leasing of real property, including working with title companies and surveyors in negotiating title insurance coverage and endorsement language and survey specifics.
- Expertise in reviewing title commitments, preparing closing instruction letters, and drafting and negotiating curative instruments to address title defects and other title issues for developers.
- Strong academic credentials, communication, and writing skills.

Seeking a lawyer to join the Real Estate practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in representing leading renewable energy clients in a wide range of property development matters. Candidates must be self-starters who possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team. We require excellent writing and communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a commitment to providing the highest quality client service. At least seven years of legal experience in real estate is required. Experience in title matters is a must, and experience with renewable energy development is preferred.

Employees are entitled to compensation commensurate with skill and experience. The full time base annual salary for this position is expected to range between $275,000- $300,000. This range represents the firm's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting for the position. Bonus opportunities are non-guaranteed and are dependent upon individual and firm performance.
