Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities
- You will review and process initial, renewal and examination applications for the Real Estate Commission (via paper and online) utilizing applicable databases and software.
- You will respond to customer inquiries received through walk-ins, telephone calls, e-mails, and other methods providing timely and accurate responses related to the Real Estate Commission's registration, application and licensing processes.
- You will verify that applicants have submitted proper documentation concerning the Immigration Reform Act and verify compliance within established guidelines.
- You will communicate with the testing service provider to provide data for individuals testing and receiving scores from examinations.
- You will perform a variety of other administrative assistance functions including updating databases and scanning documents.
