Adams & Martin Group is seeking a Real Estate Paralegal to join a company in Minneapolis. This is a direct hire opportunity with a hybrid work model.
Essential Functions
Support commercial real estate transactions, including due diligence, title review, and closing coordination for acquisitions, dispositions, construction projects, and financings.
Draft, review, and organize legal documents such as leases, letters of intent, amendments, vendor agreements, and closing binders.
Form and maintain corporate entities; prepare and file organizational documents, DBAs, and business licenses.
Manage document execution, filing, and maintenance for closings; ensure accuracy and timely follow-up on outstanding items.
Oversee business licensing, annual renewals, and compliance reporting.
Assist with project management, process improvement, and maintenance of department templates and procedures.
Foster effective working relationships with internal teams, outside counsel, and external partners.
Education & Experience
Paralegal Certificate and / or Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a law firm, corporate legal department, or government setting with a focus on transactional real estate.
Proven ability to manage complex, high-value real estate and financial transactions.
