Gorjian Acquisitions is a privately held real estate investment firm based in Great Neck, NY, specializing in the acquisition, repositioning, and management of commercial properties across the United States. Our portfolio includes retail, office, multifamily, and mixed-use assets.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Real Estate Acquisitions Associate to help identify, evaluate, and pursue new investment opportunities. This is a hands-on role working directly with the senior acquisitions team to screen, analyze, and advance deals from introduction through closing.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively review and respond to incoming property offerings and broker inquiries.

Source and identify

opportunities that fit our acquisition criteria.

Communicate with brokers, owners, and intermediaries

to request rent rolls, financials, and key deal information.

Summarize and present

potential deals to senior leadership for review.

Assist with initial underwriting , comps, and market research.

Support due diligence and transaction coordination as deals progress.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field.

1–3 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, brokerage, or investment analysis.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Familiarity with Excel-based underwriting and real estate fundamentals (NOI, cap rate, etc.).

Self-motivated and eager to engage directly with brokers, sellers, and principals.

Compensation

Competitive base salary, plus performance-based bonus potential.
