Description We are looking for a dedicated and meticulous Tax Staff member to join our team in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Responsibilities :

• Prepare and review individual and corporate tax returns with accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations and laws while providing quality service to clients.
• Assist in audits and consulting projects, contributing to the firm's diverse service offerings.
• Collaborate with team members to support business valuation and litigation processes.
• Utilize CCH ProSystem Fx software for tax preparation and related tasks.
• Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary documentation and address inquiries.
• Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations to maintain compliance and advise clients accordingly.
• Manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Contribute to the firm's growth by maintaining strong relationships and delivering excellent service. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in accounting or a closely related field.
• CPA certification or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of three years of experience in tax preparation, including individual and corporate returns.
• Proficiency in CCH ProSystem Fx or similar tax software.
• Strong understanding of tax regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis.
• Commitment to providing exceptional client service and a desire to excel in public accounting.
