For 17 years, our agency has built a culture of excellence, teamwork, and genuine customer care. We take pride in working hard, supporting each other, and creating a positive work environment. Our team enjoys celebrating success together with activities like Mariners games, escape rooms, team lunches, and holiday gatherings. We believe in sharing best practices, encouraging one another, and always striving to improve. Many of our customers come to us through word-of-mouth referrals, which speaks to the level of service and trust we have built in the community.
Our team currently consists of six dedicated professionals, and we are looking to grow. We offer a flexible hybrid work environment, allowing team members to balance their professional and personal lives. In addition, we provide competitive benefits, including up to four weeks of paid time off, 13 paid holidays, and a monthly health insurance stipend.

Responsibilities
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- We believe in an almost complete overlap of customer service and sales, as we help identify risks in peoples lives and assist them in addressing those risks. Our successful team members are able to pivot between opportunities for the customer.

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents employees are not employees of State Farm.
