A company is looking for a Provider Relations Specialist to manage relationships with pharmacy network providers.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the account for a designated group of pharmacy providers, serving as the day-to-day contact and addressing inquiries

Oversee contract routing, creation, and maintenance of contract databases

Communicate important information to pharmacies and act as the first point of contact for pharmacy contractual issues

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

2+ years of PBM experience in provider / network relations or contracting

Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Highly organized and self-directed with minimal supervision required

Strong project management skills and ability to develop effective working relationships
