A company is looking for a Provider Network Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain provider demographic information and ensure data integrity for directories
Respond to inquiries from internal departments and providers regarding network and contract information
Research and resolve provider inquiries and claims issues while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Three years of experience in a production or customer service environment
Minimum of one year of experience in healthcare administration with provider data management responsibilities
Knowledge of medical and / or medical insurance terminology
Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
