Overview : The Senior Provider Recruiter is responsible to bring top talent into strategic, hard to find areas of the hospital. A Senior Provider Recruiter will serve as a consultant to the Division Directors and hiring managers in their assigned areas around attracting and selecting the best talent possible for their positions. Responsibilities include : developing sourcing plans, direct and indirect candidate sourcing including cold calls and direct sourcing, and screening candidates for positions. Requires in depth knowledge and experience. Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions. Works independently; receives minimal guidance. The recruiter also coordinates background reviews, references, licensure and any other verification activities. This position will be a hybrid position and will require some work related travel. Starting Pay : Our pay ranges are market competitive. The pay range for this job begins at $34.21 / hr, but your offer will be determined based on your education and experience.
Remote Work / Work from Home : This is an intermittent remote position, which means that the person hired will work with his or her manager to determine a schedule that includes both at home and on-site hours at a Children's Mercy location. The incumbent must live in the Kansas City metro area.
