Through our clinical network, ADR, PLLC, we offer accessible, on-demand healthcare services. We’re expanding our network and looking for a Physician Recruiter to help us build and support a best-in-class team of clinicians.
Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced and driven Physician Recruiter to join our growing team. In this dual-role position, you’ll recruit qualified clinicians / providers and support the administrative needs of our Network Administrator. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and excels at communication and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute strategic clinician recruitment plans aligned with organizational goals
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for clinical roles
- Manage all aspects of the onboarding process, serving as the primary point of contact for new hires
- Submit and track credentialing applications and required documentation
- Coordinate recruitment activities and communicate regularly with the Network Administrator
- Track and report license and DEA expiration dates, and send timely renewal reminders
- Organize monthly birthday acknowledgments and engagement messages for the provider network
- Support internal audits and assist with identifying documentation discrepancies
- Maintain re-credentialing documentation and compliance records
