Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement recruitment strategies for physicians and advanced practice providers

Coordinate candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and relationship management

Collaborate with leadership on hiring strategies and participate in recruitment events

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 3 years of recruitment experience required

Expertise in various recruitment strategies and industry trends

Preferred experience in physician, scientist, or executive level recruitment

Preferred certifications include ASPR, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP

Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or related fields is preferred
