Position Overview

As a Proposal Writer, you will play a crucial role in crafting compelling proposal content that meets compliance and high-quality standards. Collaborating closely with the Proposal Manager and the proposal team, your work will be instrumental in driving our health solutions forward.

Key Responsibilities

Research, write, and edit persuasive proposal content that aligns with Sharecare's brand voice and unique value propositions.

Collaborate across departments, including Sales, Product, Security, Legal, and Operations, to ensure proposal accuracy.

Ensure timely submissions with consistent formatting while adhering to brand and quality standards.

Transform complex health, wellness, and technology concepts into clear messaging tailored to our audience.

Utilize proposal management software to customize and maintain reusable content, ensuring relevance and accuracy.

Analyze RFP / RFI requirements and contribute to strategic planning for successful submissions.

Enhance the content library by identifying gaps, updating materials, and integrating feedback.

Participate in post-submission evaluations to apply lessons learned and improve future proposals.

Embrace new responsibilities and adapt to shifting business priorities to add value.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in business, communications, English, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Healthcare industry experience is a plus.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in RFP / proposal writing, along with 2-5 years in a professional corporate environment.
