KBR is seeking a talented and dynamic Proposal Manager to join our National Security Solutions (NSS) Group. NSS provides high-end engineering, intelligence, cyber security, missile defense, and advanced technology solutions to our customers in the intelligence and national security communities. An active Top Secret security clearance is required.

The NSS Proposal Manager will play a critical role leading the development and submission of complex proposes in response to requests for Requests for Proposal (RFP) and other related customer response deliverables to Federal government agencies and / or partners. The successful candidate will be a key player during Pre-RFP activities helping develop win strategies, cohesive proposal themes, and potential discriminators. They will be responsible for managing the entire proposal process, from proposal strategy development and planning to final submission and post-submission activities. The Proposal Manager may also be responsible for content development and updating boilerplate material about products and services.

Scheduled Weekly Hours : 40

Basic Compensation : $125,000.00 - $188,300.00

The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and / or experience and in consideration of internal parity.

Additional Compensation :

KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short term incentives, long term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
