We are currently seeking a Marketing & Proposal Coordinator to join our team.

The Marketing & Proposal Coordinator supports sales, business development and marketing by coordinating and producing proposals, presentations, marketing materials, and event deliverables. This role works alongside HR to manage social media content and LinkedIn posts, enhancing the company's digital presence. The position requires strong organizational, writing, promotional design skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines. Proficiency with tools such as Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Microsoft Office, WordPress, CRM platforms (Cosential), WordPress and supply chain platforms (e.g. Ariba) is a strong preference.

The Marketing & Proposal Coordinator works closely with team members including business development, engineers, proposal managers, Company Leadership as well as external partners to create clear, compliant, and visually compelling deliverables that are fully responsive to our client's requirements and supportive of PegasusTSI's strategic growth objectives.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Sr. Business Development Manager and Vice President in the coordination and execution of proposal and qualification development.
• Manage the full proposal and qualification lifecycle, ensuring compliance with client requirements, branding, and internal quality standards.
• Collaborate and coordinate with team members including Proposal Managers, Subject Matter Experts (i.e. Engineering Managers and Engineers), Company Leadership members, and other support staff to ensure Client submission deadlines and quality requirements are fully satisfied.
• Develop, format, and edit proposal content including text, graphics, resumes, and project profiles.
• Coordinate and support the creation of presentations, brochures, newsletters, LinkedIn posts, and other marketing communications.
• Plan, create, and publish content for LinkedIn and other social media platforms, working in collaboration with HR to expand brand visibility and engagement.
• Maintain and update marketing databases, CRM tools (Cosential), and website content (WordPress).
• Utilize Ariba and similar supply chain platforms for client and vendor engagement, including prequalification, procurement workflows, and electronic proposal submissions.
• Coordinate company participation in conferences and events, including visual design, logistics, booth setup, promotional materials, and onsite support.
• Assist in managing company branding, visual identity, and marketing campaigns using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in proposal, marketing, and event management processes.
