Job Description

Dewberry is currently seeking a Senior Pursuit / Proposal Marketing Manager with A / E / C experience to support our mechanical, electrical, plumbing & structural (MEPS) Business Unit and can be based in one of our North Carolina (Raleigh or Charlotte) offices.

This position will support our MEPS team to develop a strategy and submit a winning proposal within our state, local, and commercial markets. The ideal candidate is a dedicated, market-focused professional who understands deadline-driven work and is a self-starter who can work both independently and within a team environment. The job often entails working on multiple assignments in tandem, with overlapping schedules.

Responsibilities

• Work in tandem with Market Segment Leaders, Client Managers, and technical leads to determine go / no-go decisions, capture planning, pursuit win strategies, craft sales messages, assemble pursuit teams, manage the proposal process, and develop proposal responses. Responsible for the full life cycle of the proposal preparation process, including state and local proposals, design-build proposals, technical proposals, qualification packages, and oral presentations.Effective proposal management skills, including planning, organization, problem identification and resolution, and resource management skills.Comply with our corporate standards to present a consistent appearance / style for all presentation graphics, proposals, resumes, and collateral materials.Write supporting sales materials, including project descriptions, resumes, service group overviews, and executive summaries.Perform QA / QC checks to ensure proposals and other marketing materials are compliant, accurate and delivered in a timely manner.
